As a previous landlord and tenant herself, Jess has a strong understanding of the challenges for both.
Jess overseeing tenancy vacates and understand the importunacy of implementing our vacate steps and processes to ensure a smooth end of lease transition for both tenants and landlords. Jess’s vast knowledge allows her to provide landlords with property advice on an suggested updates, or improvements that may increase rental value and appeal.
After spending her whole life in Melbourne, Jess and her family relocated to Mackay in late 2019. Outside of the office, Jess is a home body and most comfortable in her kitchen, cooking and baking for her family. To Jess, family always comes first.
