We deal with different walks of life everyday. Everyone is on a journey. Everyone has a different expectation or opinion. Their experience is compared only to their last. What you think is blue they might see as indigo. They have different needs and thoughts.
No matter which industry you are in, whether you are the worker or customer, when dealing with people there will be inconsistencies – because we are not robots.
