Considering Putting Forward an Offer with our Agency?

Should you wish to consider putting forward an offer for any of our properties for sale, please ensure you have spoken with the listed Agent prior to completing the offer form.

Find below some instructions as guidance on how to fill out and sign the attached offer form…

On page 1 could you please insert the following:-

Offeror Details:

  • Provide your full name/s (including any middle names), residential address, best contact number and email

Solicitor Details

  • Provide the name of your nominated solicitor or conveyancer

Property Address

  • Insert property address

Offer Details

  • Provide offer amount
  • Provide deposit amount – Deposit amount sought by our agency is typically 5% of the offer price being put forward. Please note this is only payable should your offer be accepted by the seller. It is not an extra deposit on top of your bank deposit, it simply is paid out of the bank deposit you’ve had set aside for your purchase and split into two instalments during the contract process
  • Please make note of any special conditions you require, if any

Time Frames

  • Insert required days for building & pest inspection and finance – For the finance would recommend you put 14 or 21 days (check with your lender as discussed) and 7 or 14 days for build/pest is standard
  • Insert preferred settlement date, or preferred time frame

Chattels & Fixtures

  • For the ‘excluded fixtures & included chattels’ could you please review what has been added by the Agent and confirm if this is correct or if any other additions need to be added

Acknowledgement

  • Please read over the terms of the offer acknowledgement, and sign on the dotted lines with the date
